1. Agreement to Terms

3. Payment Terms
All fees are agreed upon prior to the start of any project. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- A deposit of 50% is required before work begins
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery
- Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month
- Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee of 5% per month
- All prices are quoted in USD or JMD as specified in your agreement
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery of your project, you agree to:
- Provide all required content, images, logos, and materials in a timely manner
- Respond to communications within 3 business days
- Provide accurate business information for all setups
- Ensure you have legal rights to all content you provide to us
- Not use our services for any illegal or harmful purposes
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom design work and content created specifically for their project. Dunit Technology Group retains the right to:
- Display completed work in our portfolio with client permission
- Use general techniques, code patterns, and knowledge gained during the project
- Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks used
Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins, themes) remain subject to their own licensing terms.
6. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your service agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond what was agreed may be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major changes to the project scope after commencement may require a revised quote.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
We take pride in our work and will deliver services with reasonable skill and care. However, Dunit Technology Group does not guarantee specific business results such as increased revenue, search rankings, or customer acquisition, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Our services are provided "as is" and we make no warranty that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunit Technology Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
- All work completed to date will be invoiced and must be paid
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- We will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payment
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify existing clients of significant changes via email.
